Mango Kichadi

Ingredients

Unripe mango (sliced) 1 nos (medium size)

Grated coconut ½ cup

Yoghurt 1 cup

Green chilli 3 nos

Salt to taste

For seasoning

Mustard seeds ¼ tsp

Dried chilli 1 nos

Curry leaves 1 spring

Oil for seasoning

 
Preparation

Grind mango, coconut, chilli, and salt to a fine paste. Mix with yoghurt.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Add curry leaves, red chilli and fry for a minute. Take off from heat and pour the seasoning over the mango-yoghurt mixture and mix well.

Serve with rice.
