Eggs 3 nos
Vegetable Stock 3 cups
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Green onion for garnishing.
Salt to taste.
Preparation of Egg Drop Soup, Korean Style.
Heat the Vegetable stock and bring it to a boil.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and drizzle it over the boiling vegetable stock. You may use a skimmer sieve spoon for this.
Now gently stir the whole till the egg is cooked. it will take only a few minutes.
Add the soya sauce and mix well.
Taste the soup, add more salt if needed.
Serve in bowls garnishing with chopped chives. (green onions)
