Egg Chutney Kabab


Ingredients

Boiled eggs 5 nos.

Egg whites from 2 eggs 

Oil to fry

Ingredients for chutney

Grated coconut 1 cup

Green chillies chopped 5 nos.

Garlic cloves 5 nos.

Coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp.

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Ginger chopped 1 tsp.

Curry leaves 1 sprig

Salt to taste

Preparation

Grind the ingredients for chutney into a fine paste.  Shell and chop the eggs onto small pieces and mix with the chutney.  

Beat the egg whites in a bowl. 

Form kebabs out of the egg chutney mix dip each in the beaten egg whites and deep fry in oil till golden brown.  Serve as a snack with sweet sour sauce.
