Puff pastry Paprika snacks 


Ingredients 

Puff pastry 1 Sheets 

Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. 

Paprika powder 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Method of preparation 

Spread out the pastry and strew the grated cheese, salt and pepper and paprika powder over it.

Cut the pastry into two lengthwise. Fold each piece length wise and press gently.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 220 C .

Slice 1 cm. wide strips from the folded pastry.  Twist each piece and place the pastry strips on to the baking sheet.  Spray with oil and bake till golden brown. It may take 10-15 minutes.
