Onion Bhaji |

Onions (finely sliced) 250
  gm 
Gram flour 400 gm 
Chilli powder 1 tsp 
Coriander powder ½ tsp 
Water  
Oil to fry |

Preparation | 
| 
Mix the sliced onions,
  chilli powder, coriander powder and salt in a deep pan. Add the gram flour
  and water and mix all together. Be careful to keep the consistency of the
  mixture while adding water. It must be sticky and paste must stick to the
  onions. 
Heat oil in a deep pan and
  put the mixture in small portions with a spoon into oil and fry till golden
  brown. You must be careful with the size of bhaji pieces and the adequate
  temperature of oil. Otherwise the inside may not be cooked enough. 
Serve with tomato ketchup,
