Vendakka Fry / Lady`s Finger Fry |

Ingredients 
500 gm Vendakka 
200 gm big onion 
3-4 pieces garlic 
1 tsp grated ginger 
1 tomato  
2 tsp coriander powder 
½ tsp masala powder 
Curry leaves |

Preparation | 
| 
Cut okra (vendakka) in 4 cm long pieces. 
Heat oil in a pan and fry okra lightly,
  take out and drain oil. 
Fry onion, green chilli, garlic and ginger
  for 2-3 minutes.  
Add coriander ad masala powder and fry
  constantly stirring for a minute. 
Add Tomato and mix well. 
Add fried okra and mix with the ingredients
  well. Let the okra cook for 2-3 minutes till masala is well mixed with the
  okra. 
Serve
