Palak paneer (Andhra style)
Spinach-cheese curry
Ingredients

Spinach (washed, drain and chopp finely) | 
500 gm |

Tomatoe | 
1 Nos chopped |

Onion | 
1 Nos chopped |

Green chillies | 
5 Nos chopped | 
| 
Ginger (finely chopped) | 
a small piece | 
| 
Garlic cloves | 
5 Nos | 
| 
Paneer | 
250 gm | 
| 
Oil | 
2 tbsp | 
Preparation
Cook spinach, ginger, chillies on low heat and
take off from heat and allow to cool. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion
and saute till its colour changes. Add tomato and stir well. Add the cooked
spinach and salt and stir well and cook for a while at low heat. Add a little
water if needed.
Cut paneer into stripes, fry in oil and mix
with the spinach before serving or decorate the spinach with paneer cheese.
