Ingredients
Carrot
(peeled and finely chopped) 2 cups
Milk 4 cups
Butter / Oil 2 Tbsp.
Sugar 1 ½ cup
Milk 4 cups
Butter / Oil 2 Tbsp.
Sugar 1 ½ cup
Preparation
Take milk and carrot in a pan cook in medium heat till
the carrot soft and the milk fully evaporated. Add sugar to it and mix gently.
Add butter/oil and mix till the mixture thickens. Take off from the stove.
Grease a plate with butter and spread the pudding and allow it to cool. Cut
into pieces and serve.
