Methi Fish Tikka


 Ingredients

 Fish 250 gm.
Ginger paste 1 tsp.
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Green chillies finely chopped 2 nos
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Pepper powder ¼ tsp
Methi finely chopped 2 tsp
Bread slices 2 nos.
Butter 2 tbsp.
Eggs 1 nos.
Salt to taste.

Preparation

 Chop the fish finely and squeeze out excess water if any.  Now add all the ingredients except butter and bread pieces into a bowl and mix together finely.  Place it in fridge for 2-3 hours to marinate. 

 Take out of the fridge and mix in some of the bread pieces if the consistency requires.

 Make 6 balls out of the fish mix and place them on two skewers 3 each.  Brush them with butter and grill them on medium heat till done.
